By requesting a sample or buying from By Invitationly you are acknowledging that you accept our terms and conditions.

 

Our products are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products you receive. 

 

Full payment is required prior to printing. All quotes are valid for 28 days. A deposit is required prior to any design work. Our deposit is 33% of your estimated costs. 

 

Cancellations or part-cancellations of your order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement and in any event if a refund is due any expense and time spent by By Invitationly will be deductible. All work carried out is bespoke, personalised and made to order, By Invitationly does not replace or refund unwanted goods. In the unlikely event of faulty goods By Invitationly should be notified immediately. We will then review your order and if required replace them for you.

Should you cancel your order after a deposit has been paid and design work has commence you will be charged for our bespoke suite fee which is from £300 and in most cases the deposit will be used to cover this time.  A consultation fee / loss of earnings fee may also be added which will cover the hours / time we have provided. Our hourly rate fee starts from £50 per hour. This fee will only be added in exceptional circumstances when we have been out of pocket as a result of time wasting.

Non payment will be pursued to the full extent of the civil courts and any court charges will also be claimed for. 

 

We use Royal mail to post our parcels, a signature will always be required. We can post worldwide.

 

We are happy to make as many changes and alterations as you need prior to going to print therefore By Invitationly can’t be responsible for any errors (e.g. spelling etc.) in print which were present but not identified by the client at the time of approving the design proof. As with all printed products, exact colour matches on screen and in reality can’t be guaranteed. Folded products may be subject to a slight 3mm overlap.

Duplexing / Layering is completed by hand and borders can be subject to a couple of mm movement. Laser Cutting will slightly change the colour of the card and may add small brown burn marks. This isn't something we can change and art of the charm of laser cutting. Print can appear to be slightly different shades when printed on different card stocks. Card may have minimal flecks of colour in them this is due to the natural process of paper and card and is not considered a fault.

Printed card in the same shade as your laser cut card may appear slight different shades due to the laser cut process.

If you choose to add ribbon to your invitations please beware we can not guarantee it will not fray once cut. Every effort to minimise fraying will be used however ribbon frays when it gets cut and it is something outside of our control. 

 

With photographs we cannot guarantee how they reproduce in print. For the best result ensure your photograph is provided in a clear high resolution format. Note if your photo looks dark on a digital screen it will look even darker in print.

 

When you request a sample or make a purchase from By Invitaitonly your email address will be added to our database so that we can keep in touch with you news via our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the email or emailing us. We do not share/sell your email address. 

 

We promise to treat the privacy & security of your personal information including phone number, email & postal address with the utmost care.

 

If you want to see a personalised physical sample these cost £35 per physical proof required. We offer digital proofing via email for free. 

 

If you would not like us to photograph your invitations/stationery & feature it on our website, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram or any official By Invitationly media site you must indicate this clearly by emailing hello@byinvitationly.co.uk Any sensitive information e.g. addresses, telephone numbers etc will always be blurred on any photographs we feature. 

 

By Invitationly reserves the right to regretfully decline any request for design service/stationery due to availability.

 

Copyright relating to all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals is retained by By Invitationly unless specifically detailed in writing.

If you object to any of our terms please do not place and order without discussing your concerns and we will work with you to overcome any objections you may have.

Privacy & Safety

We use PayPal & Stripe to secure transactions, which means that we do not receive your card/account details. You do not need a PayPal or Stripe account to purchase, as long as you have a valid Credit or Debit card you can make payment using PayPal as a guest. We take privacy seriously and will do not sell or pass details to third parties. We occasionally send emails with special offers and new products however you can subscribe from these at any time. We carry card machines at events which accept all major credit & debit cards. Receipts can be sent to you but your details are not kept on file.
